In Vaadhoo, we have a lot of farms that harvest breadfruit, screw pine and chili, cucumber, watermelon, papaya, banana and mango. We try to use local ingredients whenever possible in our foods and drinks bought from these farms. The rest of ingredients we buy from the capital city.
The seafood is fresh caught from the sea, meat is bought from the capital city. Our menu offers delicious local and international culinary adventures. Please advise us of any special requirements in advance so we can prepare to accommodate these requests.
Please, keep in mind that we do not serve pork and alcoholic drinks in our cafe’ as according to Maldives Law it cannot be consumed or served on local island. However if you require to consume alcohol we can arrange visit to nearby resort.
